Frequently asked questions

Which version of the game?

Dofus Retro, with the content and rules described in this guide. The launcher installs the right client version.

Can I play on Mac or Linux?

The launcher is built for Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.

How many characters can I play at the same time?

With hero mode, up to 8 in a single fight, from a single window. See Hero mode.

Are the experience and drop bonuses temporary?

No, they are permanent. See Progression.

Where do I find a set?

Up to level 120, from monsters. Above that, it is crafted. The encyclopedia gives the monsters, the rates and the recipes.

Why is an item not in the encyclopedia?

Because it cannot be obtained on Worldala. Among equipment, the site shows the pieces that drop from a monster or can be crafted.

Are the encyclopedia’s rates the game’s?

They are the server’s base rates, before the drop bonus and your team’s prospecting.

My item spell does not cast.

This is normal: only class spells can be cast in combat.

On the Discord, with what you were doing and a screenshot if possible.
